We buy and sell pre-owned furniture, home appliances, and related items across Abu Dhabi. Quotes and product listings on this website are provided for general information and are not a binding offer until confirmed by us in person or in writing.

• Quotes given via WhatsApp or our online form are estimates based on the photos, description, and information you provide.
• The final price is confirmed after our team inspects the item(s) in person at pickup. If the actual condition, brand, quantity, or completeness differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the offer or decline the purchase.
• You confirm that you are the legal owner of any item(s) you offer to sell to us, or have the authority to sell them.
• Payment for items we purchase is made in cash (AED) at the time of collection.

• All items we sell are pre-owned/used and sold in the condition described and shown at the time of your inquiry, unless stated otherwise.
• Listed prices are subject to change and availability until a purchase is confirmed with our team.
• You are encouraged to review photos, ask questions, or request a video call before confirming a purchase.

Pickup and delivery are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please ensure reasonable access to the item(s) (e.g. parking, elevator access, building permissions). We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, building management requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Either party may cancel a scheduled pickup or delivery before it is completed by notifying the other via WhatsApp or phone. No cancellation fee applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Khashab Almadina or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt its operation or extract data through automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Khashab Almadina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, beyond the value of the relevant transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
